Our mission is to cultivate a technician-driven program that fosters community, mentorship, career development, and research recognition among technicians, including staff research associates and junior specialists. By harnessing the expertise and insights of technicians, we are building this program from the ground up to ensure it truly serves their needs.
Through skill development workshops, networking events, an annual symposium for technician research, mentorship programs, and accessible resources, we aim to empower technicians with opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
