• Community Programs and Initiatives

  ImmunoX Community Programs and Initiatives enrich our community by supporting interaction and providing financial support for initiatives undertaken by the ImmunoX community that enrich the program's overall experience.

• DEI Resources (ImmunoSpectrum)

  Tackling racial and gender equity in Immunology, the ImmunoX community is committed to initiating structural transformations to tackle the effects of structural racial and gender inequities that persist in our society and have affected our academic institutions.

• ImmunoDiverse

  The goal of the ImmunoDiverse initiative is to create an anti-racist and welcoming environment for people from underrepresented minorities (URM) recognizing that these barriers primarily disenfranchises individuals of Black, Latinx, and Native American descent.

• IgEquity

  The goal of IgEquity (IgE) is to address and remove the barriers and biases standing in the way of gender equity in immunology, while also supporting non-binary underrepresented minorities.

• ImmunoX Membership

  Join the community of UCSF clinicians and scientists who recognize that the immune system plays a key role in a widening number of human diseases.

• Innovative Funds

  The Bakar ImmunoX Initiative has committed significant funds for endowments that catalyze engagement and promote a strong, diverse community.

• Bakar Trainee Momentum Award

  The Bakar Trainee Momentum Award provides support towards supplemental technical assistance, particularly for new mothers in the critical period after childbirth or during early child-rearing.

• Sponsoring Department/Divisions

  ImmunoX is proud to be sponsored by multiple departments sand organizations at UCSF and seeks to provide a collaborative home-for-science for those studying many areas touched upon by the immune system.
